hehehe...well..SORRY.

The mod went down the drain.....when I pulled the heats spreader of to do the vddq....I was veeeeerry careful...but somehow...I snaped on of the IC:s of.

I can run windows no problem al day...but as soon as I put some preasure on it...like 3DMark....I get stripes across the screen with different colors.

have you tried to solder it on again? i heard one guy lost a capacitor on mis mobo, soldered it on again and it worked flawlessly

Well...the chip it self came of....but the legs of the chip remaind
on the pcb. So I don´t think it can be soldered back.

Well.. well ....I guess this how things will go...sooner or later...when you´r an overclocker,,, :D

Just get a replacement of the same chip.... www.digikey.com ...and then solder the replacement back on. Who knows what longterm affect (BAD) wil come of just IGNORING a missing chip.
