Please bear with this newbie to OC'ing. :CTF: :)

My Specs:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6700
Mobo: EVGA 680i SLI (Bios version: P24)
RAM: Corsair Twin2X2048-8500C5
Hard Drives: 2x Raptor 74GB 10K RPM & 1x Raptor X 150GB 10K RPM (JOBD)
Video Card: EVGA 8800GTS
Soundcard: Sound Blaster Audigy 2ZS
PSU: Cooler Master Real Power Pro 850W
Cooling Unit: nVENTIV Mach II GT (Temp unloaded: -56 degrees C)

I was wondering:

1. Is anything above 4.4 GHz (10 x 440 MHz) possible?
2. What settings can someone recommend for best possible performance (gaming rig only)
What voltages and temps are unsafe for the major components (CPU, MOBO, MCP etc?
3. Any tips will be helpful to make the 450 MHz FSB jump.

This section is for posting overclocking results, not how far you can overclock...

this should belong in Intel Info & Support...

No it's not - this is for questions about overclocking.
The intel category is about mobo's and how far they oc and stuff, not how much a complete system will overclock.
