IMHO you should do the Vmod for both mem and GPU. A good overall guide for wiring etc. is here...http://forum.oc-forums.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=170810, though not particularly for the turbo.

i dont have the turbo version, just the no9rmal ti4200 with 128mb

my card has the default ti4200pcb... i think. im using the zalman heatpipe cooler sandwiched with 2 7v modded casefans to cool the card, and the cooler doesnt even get warm, its cool all the time, so i might do the gpu mod as well.
