DTX Form Factor

I dont know how many of you read the articles over at anandtech but they have a few articles reviewing what was on display at the CES show just recently, one of the biggest things that stood out to me was apparently AMD has designed a new form factor for motherboards, DTX, a micro form factor. I was wondering if anyone had any more elaborate inside info as to what we can expect as far as performance from these small form factor boards. Like if we will be able to overclock on them or not.
