Since this is xtremesystems youll all probably know what im going to do with it arent you? :D After getting a 40c fever this monday I couldnt keep my hands off ordering a DFI LanParty UT nForce4 SLI-D and a Palit GeForce 8800GTS 640MB GDDR3. Since I still havent been able to go get this stuf that just lying and waiting for me to OC the hell out of them I thought I could start asking for some tips.
Setup will be as follows:
Opteron 165
4x BH-5 (will only be running 2, ofcourse the best ones ;) due to 1T)
DFI LanParty UT nForce4 SLI-D
Palit GeForce 8800GTS
Hiper Modular type-R 580w
I have never played with either nf4 or PCI-E so if you guys could help me a little bit on the way, for example: are all SATA ports locked or is it like on my nf3 that you need to raise AGP to 68 or the disks will crash? Any tips are welcome, what BIOS is best for BH-5?
Which drivers should I use (mainly 3DMark01/03/05) and so on..
Hope some of you are willing to help me and then I may be able to get you some "nice" results for this kind of hardware :)
