Hi,

I'm looking to build a C2D system in the next couple of months and would like the possibility of running 3-3-3-8 at DDR2-800 speeds.

Is there any OCZ kit rated to these timings?

If not, what is the best chance of getting a kit that will run like that?

What is a good value that "might" do that if I get lucky with my sticks?

BTW, here's the "other guys" offering...

(highly binned D9GMH)

Thanks,
- VR.

My OCZ 8500 SLI ready set ( 5-5-5-15) does 3-3-3-9 fine at 1T with 2.150 volts on my Striker board, Orthos blend during 8 hour swith CPU at 3600mhz, no issues nor stability probs, great kit and not that expensive 390 euro's here in Belgium.

No OCZ ram rated @ this speed

Any D9GMH got 99% Chance to do this but amount of Volt depends on your luck and your mobo

From OCZ the PC8000 Platinum is the best option

The good value is the team PC5300 Cas3 (Tiger direct is offering a discount )
or
G.Skill PC6400HZ

We use very little GKX, mostly GMH

No idea Jozzy ( anyway to finds this out without removing the heatspreader ?) and I have to correct my statement it needs 2.250 volts to do those timings not 2.1 like stated before
