BETA NVidia 97.92 8800GTX/S XP/2K drivers

These went to release status today and are WHQL certified on Nvidia's site.

Are differences between the official 97.92 driver from nvidias homepage and the driver from guru3d ??? i dont think so, but nvidias got a higher size ...

As far as I can tell nVidia's is larger since it's packed up with Installshield whereas the prerelease was just zip'd up. If they prerelease is signed, I wouldn't worry about it.
