Can someone please help me with manual settings in my Bios to OC my RAM?

I have an Asus P5WDH bios is 1707

My memory is Corsair CM2X1024-8500C5

I have a C2D E6600 and I am presently OC'ing my system at 30% as per the setting in the bios.

According to CPU-Z my timings are:

Frequency:259.8 MHz
FSB: DRAM 4:3
Cas#Latency: 4.0
RAS# to CAS# Delay: 4
RAS# Precharge: 4
Cycle Time (Tras): 12
Bank Cycle Time (Trc): 16

Under the SPD tab the Timings table has the following:

533MHz
5.0
5
5
15
30
2T

I want to run this memory at 1067MHz.

Thanks

I suggest you manually OC the system. The "30%" OC in the bios can do all sorts of things automatically that you have no control over.

Yes I agree, I need some help with the settings however, I have no idea what to change or what values to enter.
