iTunes and iPod Problems

I bought a iPod Video 30gb last Thursday.

I synced it, and loadet it.
Then die Pod crashed after 1h listening.
I fixed it with the reset option (10s on Menu and Middle Button)

Then I had the following Problem, I havnt changed anything at the Pod oder iTunes, but it only loadet when I synced the Pod.

I went to the Shop, there everything was fine, it loadet after syncing (same iTunes and Pod SW Version)

I drove home, cleared everything, created a new library and so on, synced it (it loadet, nearly full), but after syncing it stopped loading.

What could be the problem, anybody who can help ?

I would try to uninstall / reinstall iTunes then sync it.

If not try to make the library smaller and make sure it will load a couple and play before putting all of it on.
