i was just wondering what the best bios for this mobo is when it comes to overclocking. i have a 3200+ winchester. also im not sure what i should be running my ram at? i got a gig of corsair twinx1024 3200xl (http://www.pcstats.com/articleview.cfm?articleID=1690), edit: not sure which revision i have, if that changes anything. im not sure what i should be running it at to achieve a better oc. i have gotten it up to 2.3 without upping any voltage, and putting the stock settings of the ram into the bios. also if i was going to flash my bios, my hard drive wouldnt be affected, right? sorry im a noob when it comes to overclocking.
