right now i'm running 260x10 with HTT a2 2.5x
RAM is at 218, temps at 65C fully loaded 100%

how do you think this is?

You should be able to run HTT at 4x (1040mhz).

65C is pretty high considering your cooler. My Opteron 170 is also at 260mhz x 10 and it never goes above 42C (smartguardian reading, probably more like 47C) under heavy load (dual prime).

Also, are you using a 1T or 2T command rate?

Ive got 2,7 myself on an Opty

what are the vcore on the proc?

And i think 65 celsius is a little too hot .

I also think is descent but keep the temps below 60 Celsius at full load.
Do not use half HT ratios prefer 2X or 3X and HT = HTT (or FSB) * HT ratio should be up to 1GHz.
For example you may set HT=3X or 4X since 4*260 = 1040 MHz.
