Are you buying the Nintendo wii console?
Have you been able to get one if so whats it like and as it lived up to your expectations?

I missed buying one on release date, and have missed the subsiquent shipments. At this point I see little to no possibility of obtaining a wii, but maybe I'm wrong....

I bought 2 at release, kept one and sold one. I have had no problems at all with the one I kept and it's by far the most fun console I've ever owned. I'm glad I decided to get it rather than the 360 or PS3. It has lived up to all of my expectations. It's important that you get the component cables for it if you have an HD or EDTV because it nearly doubles the image clarity.

Getting one tomorrow :D Hope i find out its more fun then an Xbox 360 or any other console out, because at the moment, a lot of people think its a joke.. so i want to prove em wrong ;)

Got one, but no real time for 2 gaming systems. The PC eats up enough "game" time and I'm a bit of a graphics whore...

I think its interesting that you guys cant seem to find consoles, our local Toys-R-Us have tons of them in stock, more than the X360 and PS3 combinded

purchased at Dec 20 and finally opened yesterday, only have wii sports games, well it is pretty fun tho

That's strange, after reading that I just called my local Toys R Us and they are still out of stock... I actually woke up at 630 one morning when they were getting a shipment in but I was 30 minutes late. I guess people waited overnight and were handed out tickets for them around 6, how lame
