Which menory should i choose???

Hi all,

Need suggestion, which memeory should i go for?

OCZ (OCZ2SOE9002GK) DDR2 PC2-7200 2GB kit (2x1024) Dual channel Special Ops Edition 900MHz

OR

OCZ (OCZ2P800R22GK) DDR2 PC2-6400 2GB (2x1024MB) Platinum Revision 2 XTC Dual Channel Kit

Mobo: P5W DH
CPU: E6600

Will overclock a little, but nothing crazy. And suggestion as to which one is the best??? Timings? Will i beenfit from the higher Mhz from the special ops mem??
