E-Book Assignment (Web Design)

Hey,

I have to hand in an E-Book with my assignments in it, but I hate html and webdesign, my friend done most of the html but I don't know how to do this part, at the top middle there is two "blocks" in one and I want to make it bigger and drop it down the page and add a picture in that and video on my other way (same layout) but I can't do it, can anyone do this for me please? (It's Christmas ;p)

How soon do you have to have it fixed?
I am not really good with the code any more it has been several years since I messed with html but If I can help I will try! I will work on it for a while tonight at work! :)
