Unsupported Xbox game on X360.....any hope?

Just picked up NFL Head Coach for cheap, was looking forward to playing it, but it isn't supported. Any hope of getting to play it on X360? Do they update supported games (ever?)?

they have supported games. sometimes when you log online they will say there is an update would you like to download it might be in there
