quick question....will running 2 vid cards in sli help or benifit a graphic artist that primarily uses photoshop?
his system specs are dfi expert, 2 gigs g.skill hz's, 2 raptors in raid0, fx-60

lol :p: SLI for photoshop? :banana: :banana: Nope I dont see the use for SLI for someone who uses photoshop

Nope photoshop uses the CPU to render stuff, That system is pretty much perfect for it :)

CS3 will offload to the GPU somewhat....will SLI help? Maybe with select filters (all filtering will be 'live'...you can change the setting at any time you want without undoing....I think most adjustments will be live tbh).

They already played around a little bit with GPU offloading in the Save For Web window, but practically all you can do there is change file type, settings, and img size. :p:
