Here are the system specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon 3200+
Motherboard: Asus A8N-Sli Deluxe
Memory: 2 x 1 gb Kingston ValueRAM PC3200 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820141308)
Cooling: Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro w/ Artic Silver 5
Videocard: BFG 6600GTOC 128mb

So pretty much I wanna overclock the processor to a good, but 24/7 stable overclock....

Any tips on what I should do?? (I am not sure on how I should overclock the cpu in regards to the memory)

- Thanks for the help

The easiest thing to start with
1- lower your hyper transport multiplier to 4x
2- set your memory to DDR333
3- raise the htt to 240
Now your CPU will be running @ 2.4GHZ and your ram will be running @ stock settings and stock V core

Thank you very much... still waiting for the Freezer 64 and the A5 to arrive, so I will probably try this around Fri/Sat...
