Hi there, just wondering if someone could help me out, i'm pretty noob when it comes to overclocking.

I'm trying to overclock my Amd Opteron 165 to 2.70ghz. At the moment it's running on 2.50ghz

Motherboard: Asus A8n-sli se

-

Heres what i have written in BIOS at the moment.

-

Memclock: 333mhz
Cpu Freq: 280.00
DDR Voltage: 2.80v
Cpu Multiplier: x9
Cpu Voltage: 1.400v (1.40 i guess?)
PCI clock synchronization mode: 33.33

not sure if you needed some of that info, but i hope that helps

I tried putting the CPU freq to 300 and the CPU hit 2700mhz, but then windows wouldn't boot.. so i tried the 300 and raised cpu voltage to 1.50 then i get this blue screen before windows boots, and the pc resets..

I'm pretty noob at these things, just a little help please :toast:
