what chips does it use and what are safe voltages to use for OCing? I would like to run it at 800Mhz or so ... is 2.0V ok ? I have plenty of cooling ta

Those can be just about any kind of IC....we would not be able to tell without removing the heatspreaders. Many times they will be Promos or PSC left over from the higher speed bins.

1.9 - 2.0V is more than plenty for these.

what timings can I run it at 800Mhz speed ? have u guys tested this by any chance ?

I tried stock timings 5-5-5-10 at 800mhz and 1.9 and 1.95 volts, boots into windows but thats about it ...

loosening it to 6-6-6 seems desperate and results would prol be crap ... would adjusting the tRAS timing make any difference ? meaning can I run it at 5-5-5-15 at that speed?
