Hello...

I have stil some trouble to run 4x512mb 250mhz-> 2-2-2-X T2 24/7

Super pi1m works fine but when i try to run it for a long time it looks up.
2x512mb works fine 270mhz+ 24/7 , Dfi Ultra-D, Venus..

Geting almost same troble like on the nf2 time... 2x512 didnt work then with high fsb 24/7...but super p1m did work fine..

Cant the nf4 chip handle 4x512 with high mhz?. I know my sticks can do much more but i hate when something is holdning me back.

Hmm wierd... are you runing your tccd @ 311mhz 24/7?

Maybe its are the 2-2-2 timings thats dont work good.

Wow that is pretty fast timings. What RAM are you using?

I have 4x512 sticks of Ballistix Trace RAM that can run at 2.5-2-3-5-2t@250MHz 24/7. I can run things fine without crashes and stuff but I get a couple errors in Memtest every few passes if I try to run at 2.5-2-2-5 and it wont post if I lower the CAS to 2.

My Ultra-D ran 4 sticks 24/7 for the last 9 months before it went to the missus.

Ran 4x512 of tmsp bh-utt @ 250MHz 2-2-2 3.4v, also ran 2x512+2x256 Mushkin L2 bh-5 @ 260MHz 2-2-2 3.6v

Bios was 0510-2FIX and drive strengths were either 7/2 or 8/1.

I also ran 4x512 of tccd at 270MHz 2.5-3-3-5 with no issues.

All were daily rigs for gaming and torrents.
