Advancing with the OC, xtrange info

While I oc, I use to check stability, but Im surprised about the Task Admin...50% CPU use, with bothe cpuz!! O.o Wtf? Should be one at 100%?

(using xP sp2)

Can some one xplain me that?

Run 2 instances of superpi for dual core cpu. Or try setting affinity to put load on only one core.

But..how can I put the load on only one core? (Im getting a bit extra performance ant same mhz than with my older 148, but with and slower hdd xD)
