Been waiting over a week for an rma number

well, I emailed over a week ago for an rma number and have yet to receive my number for return, just wondering when I might see a confirmation letter.

remember a lot of companies shut down last wednesday afternoon and reopened Yesterday.
My Newegg order placed on the 22nd with Guaranteed 3 day shipping will be delivered to me on the 30th..
Just one of those weeks thats different.

it looks like your email server is either blocking our email or it becomes spam mail.
i email all rma request everyda, no reason to not geting your rma#

Hello I sent in my RMA form on the 29th Nov.and have yet to hear back from them. it was actually sent to the tech dept in the form of a question with the RMA form completed and attached and the Tech dept contacted me on the 30th and said they had forwarded my request and form to the RMA dept. Can you tell me about how long I should wait to resubmit it? Please HELP

Update to above thread RMA # issued today the 4 th of Dec. thanks edit Well I sent it out today USPS priority 2-3 day about 100 miles away. So lets see the turn around time. EDIT Ram arrived at G-skill on the 5 th of Nov.
