Hi,
since yesterday the internal speakers of my new Asus F3JM notebook (~1month old) don't turn off when i plug my headset or any other external audio device in. the audio codec recognizes the headphone with a tray notification like ever . i haven't changed anything when this problem occured. im using the original realtek hda 1.40 driver. any newer or older driver hasn't changed anything. same with removing it from the device manager and reinstalling it. When windows is booting, it cracks one time quite strange (wasn't there before this bug). Clean reinstalling windows didn't help either. still the same. The system is using the Realtek HDA 861 audio codec.
i wrote an technical inquiry to asus. they just replied me a common "send it to rma". since i need it quite badly for studying i wanted to ask if anyone has a clue how to fix this strange thing.

i'd be happy for any other idea.
