I have a butt load of small heatsinks just cluttering my desk. I want to make ram sinks for my geforceII 32mg card. Why you ask? Well cuz this little bad boy stock clocking is 245/333 default, i was running it at 250/345 not much but for a 32 meg geforceII pro It make me happy but anyway, what do you have to cut the heatsinks with to get them the right size for the ram on the vid card? What kind of saw??? or what ever let me know please thank you. OH another in order to put a bigger fan on it, how would you say pry off the old fan?? with out ofcourse breaking the card

Hack saw or band saw would be best. You could get by with a dremel cut-off wheel too.

As far as the GPU, find the biggest heat sink to fit and mount on your fan. Double check the fit and glue that SOB on to the GPU.

You can use 90% "Lee press on nail glue" mixed with artic silver or artic silver epoxy want to buy special.

You can use a hacksaw, sawzall, but the band saw is the best. I know I just bought a bandsaw and a bench belt & disk sander for making heatsinks, and other various items. So much easier with the correct tools. The band saw cuts thru the aluminum like butter.

Attitudex, if you can't get ahold of anything to cut them with, you can send them to me along with whatever measurements you want them cut at and I can do it for you. I've got plenty of resources for that type of work.

Just take a piece of paper and trace the sizes of what you want cut, or just label them in measurements, it really doesn't matter. But from the looks of it, you're looking to send them to me, so YGPM:D
