Well whats the best MXM-II card I can buy that the 24" imac will support?

no idea really. it isn't suppose to support anything more than 7300GT, and i think that is likely the fastest mxm-II card out right now. MXM-II cards are hard to find also, as there aren't a lot of manufacturers of them.

The 24" comes with a 7600GT.

I don't think so. There are three varieties of mxm, and I think the 7800 would be mxm-III, not mxm-II.

Anyways, any graphics card would have to be flashed to work with the mac, so you'd need a special mac edition.
