I plan on getting it -- but I just wish it was modular like the Enermax galaxy PSUs

Looks good, I wonder who the OEM is and how loud it is?

I still think a 1kW PSU is overkill though :p:

Grab the Galaxy instead ;)

These look like OEM Topower again. I have yet to see a Topower design over 520W I really liked, and I can't see these being the equal of the Galaxy.

Looking at the reviews I wasn't all that impressed with the rail stability of the Galaxy, especially at that price range.

I'm not that fond of the Galaxy either, yet I'd still take it over a high watt Topower. Silverstone has the right idea though - a 1kW OEM Seventeam unit.

Id have to see a bunch of reviews first before i would buy one personally, but I do hope that the lifetime warranty catches on, and other companies start doing that. Most memory companies do, if powersupply companies do, then we just need motherboards to start doing that :)

I love evga and BFG for that one fact, my motherboard has lifetime warranty so does my video, gotta love the fast RMA too.

BFG strikes again! For that price, fully sleeved, lifetime warranty, you can't rally beat it.

BFG strikes again! For that price, fully sleeved, lifetime warranty, you can't rally beat it.Unless they have rised quality considerably lower rated PSUs beat it.

Here's their "650W" PSU:

They don't even tell most important technical specs so that makes it stink... in fact they have only bullsh*t bingo qualified material on their product page:

I would personally go with the Tt Toughpower 850W:

umm by lifetime they mean 10 years. Atleast that is what I found after a half hour wait for tech support. Must be the lifetime of someone with Cystic fibrosis
