Is there any1 who knows if thereĀ“s a setting for that
in any bios version for this mobo

Nope, the board doesn't have that option. The Epox 4PEA+ has it but no ABIT board has it (maybe the BH7 ??)

What exactly does setting the agp voltage do? I always thought it increased voltage to the core but I'm pretty sure I'm mistaken now. How does increasing it or decreasing it afect overclockability?

In fact, it should be the NB voltage, and not the AGP voltage.
It helps the stability when running at high memory speeds.

Well, there is a vmod that looks fairly simple made by my man Hipro5 that should help you. Search the forums for his thread.
