Help me decide between DFI Expert and Venus

My k8n neo4 has decided to stop working and I need a new motherboard for my main computer. Right now I have a DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D in my main rig that I'm going to put in my secondary rig, so I am looking for the best oc motherboard for my primary computer (see rest of specs in sig). I can't decide whether to buy the DFI Venus or the DFI Expert. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between these two, and if one is a better oc'er than the other?

Good luck on finding a Venus,limited production MB of which 1000 were made.

It's basically an Expert,but w/nice presentation case and will command a used price generally higher than a new Expert

You probaly won't see much of a higher OC w/Expert/Venus over a Ultra D,in fact a mate just switched from a Sli-D to Expert and OC went down,YMMV depending on hardware

I would stick with the Ultra-D, probably wouldnt see a performance gain for the money spent.
