i see there's quite the price difference between these two chips and far less of a speed difference

which one would be the best buy? i've heard some nice things about opterons, never had one myself, are they very overclockable?

also, do you get the opteron 175 in AM2?

thanks in advance!

I got myself an X2 4800+ a few weeks ago due to the price difference being much cheaper than that of the opteron. I am not dissapointed at all. I am 100% stable at 2.82ghz with only 1.384v actual. Reading is 1.36v in bios. Runs great for the price no doubt. I can go higher too but heat starts to become an issue.
