I suppose it will depend on where you are and where you have to send it.
I RMA'd my NR ram to the Netherlands (I am in the UK) and received replacement NQ within a week. Very impressed.

if you live in US, it take about 4 to 7 business days turn around time depends on west coast or east coast, we are in LA, CA area
ie. customer ship out at monday from NJ, with first class maill we received no later then friday. it take a day or 2 for testing at next monday, return with fedex 3days, customer should receive replacement within the weekend. this is the slowest turn around time
if you live in Canada, it take about 14 business days for international shipping trun around time.
if you live in south american, it takes about 14~20 business days....
those are worse case turn around time

i live about 13 miles away=) any time frame for that? i sent it monday and you guys got it on tuesday morning.
