View Full Version : XP2200 @ Newegg....TBred or Palo???

So newegg has the 2200+ for sale now.. Is it a Palomino core or a T-Bred.? The model # clearly indicates it's a 1.75V Palomino...but then there specs in the writeup say 2200+ T-Bred...??? Not to mention there picture shows a T-Bred I believe... hmmmm, seems as though even they are confused?
Anyone got some Xtreme insight on this? :D

I certainly believe they updated a palomino listing after they found out they were recieving T-breds...thats why thoroughbred was added to the listing.Yes..thats a Pali part # but the pic they listed is fullbred T-Bred:D

Well, the 2200's are Tbreds. I am sure it is because of the 1 per person limit, as well. Is somebody going to order one of these soon post some overclocking results? It is a little pricey for me...

seriously though..it'll be nice to hear the splanation to the unlocking and 'no boot' situation on the kr7..wasn't bios 7g supposed to cover the Tbred?

Sure is, either Late tonight or tomorrow. It depends how far I feel like driving later:D
And BTW, it will be DDTUNGs 2200, but I might as well test it and make sure it works before it goes all the way to Hong Kong:D
