Hi! I haven't found any informations about compatibility. I've emailed to Scythe's support and this was the answer:

As for the motherboard; GA-965P-DQ6, we have not tested it substantially
however below motherboard compatibility list might help you to assume
whether it might work or not.
http://www.scythe-usa.com/product/cpu/024/scinf1000.html

Only the capacitors and north bridge's heat pipes and heat spreaders' height
will be the issue.

Please understand that we could not confirm on this and so we are not in
the place to assure this will fit on our Inifinity CPU cooler.

Now, does anyone have installed Infinity cooler without problems on DQ6?
Could I have any issues on my Chieftec Dragon Full Tower?

One of DDR Slots? You're talking about first slot? The one nearest the cooler?
Thanks for your answer.

It does fit, but it overhangs the first two DIMM slots - with the fan installed...meaning you'll have to install the memory on the board first, and remove the fan if ever you take out the memory.

Then, if i have understood :D .. i must install before the memory, then the Infinity and finally the fan, right?
It's possible to install it rotated by 90°?
