I would be getting:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16820141185
Which has a voltage of 2v

Would I be able to mix them with?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820231050
Which has a voltage of 1.8-2v

It will not limit compability, it will simply make the lower rated RAM run at 2.0 instead of their standard 1.8... No harm done... You will still need to make them run at the same speeds though:)

Disclaimer: I'm not an overclocking expert

I doubt that there would be a compatibility problem at stock timings, but different chips need different voltage levels to reach particular overclocked speeds. It may be that your overclocking limit will be lower with mixed RAMs. Any chance you could do 2x1GB instead of 4x512MB?
