Hi,

Ok I have a Tbalancer fan controller and have now managed to get Win XP to recognise it etc. But on the XS forums one member says i can attach my Laing DDC Pump to the sensor hub which inturn connects to the tbalancer and it will detect its flow and thus I can set it up so that if the pump does not turn on the computer will automatically shut down.

The only problem is that the software isn't detecting the flow from the DDC pump, know this is a long shot but can anyone help me pls?

Are you sure the pump's RPM sensing wire (single blue wire connected to a 3 pin) is plugged into the TBalancer?

Just to determine where the error lies:
Can you get any RPM-reader to recognize the pumps signal? I.e one on your mobo?
Can you get the sensor hub to recognize any RMP signal? I.e from some fan.

DDC's 3 pin fan header connector (which carries the RPM signal) needs to be connected to any FAN channel on the T-Balancer. Doesn't have to go on the separate sensor hub. Don't hook it up to the channels that are there specifically for flowmeters.
