I'm building a new Core 2 Duo system and want to buy a very quiet PS. I've always had a good luck with Antec PS's but I heard that the Antec TP2 is not too quiet. Has anyone had experiences with Zalman a PS? It must be ultra quiet, right?

ummm Antec Phantom is fanless.

But honestly this may be a great option for you

The Seasonic and Silverstones are know for being the quietest on the market.
No info on the Zalmans that I could find, other than their built By FSP
How much is your budget ?

The SilverStone ST50EF 500W should be more than enough for your system

The Silverstone Elements are efficient, but not as quiet as the Seasonics.

The ZeroDBA is probably the quietest out there hen set to the low fan setting.

These guys put two of them in a quad core, quad SLI workstation and tout it as: the industry's quietest pro workstations.

If the ZeroDBA was 80% + efficient, it'd be down right LETHAL to the competition. ;)

Truepower II series is not that quiet, but it's ok if your not aiming for silence. Neo HE series from Antec is very quiet. I have the 430w model myself and it's VERY quiet :). Zalman's new models are almost as quiet as the Neo HE and Seasonic's S12/M12 series psu's. I'd recommend getting Antec Neo HE or Seasonic S12.
