this guys are part of the clan im member here in venezuela both of them great person and they are starting at the team hope to get more people from my clan to crunch with us please make them feel like home this guys are A+

I think we're sometimes a little inconsistent in that regard, but with a name like anonymous we thought you wanted to avoid attention. :)

I do think we should consider developing a welcome protocol. Often new people will first introduce themselves in just any old thread and sometimes get lost.
Something like a sticky thread "New Members Go Here" where the first post has a little introduction, links to important set-up info, stats pages, who the captains are... as well as asking them to post a reply announcing themselves, which you captains (or anyone we designate) could then monitor and then create a thread each day welcoming any new members.
