i was going to try and save money on this......but why. so this is what i was thinking.

AC Cuplex XT

AC Aquagra FX

AC Aquabox

AC Airplex Evo 360 only because i want to use the Evo external mounting kit so i dont have to mod my case **btw** why are these rads so bad?

and now comes the pump

i want total control like the Aquastream but i think its to big, i read somewhere that they have a control board for the ddc but cant find it any where

every thing is 8x1mm oh and does tygon make a tubing that will work with 8x1mm commpressing fittings?

i would suggest looking at more forum posts and reviews on any product you buy. dont rush into buying something that ends up not working like way you planned. this forum here at XS is really good. look around here and see if you can find what you looking for. there's all kinds of suggestions on what works best with the style of WCing you're looking for.

That's pretty much how it is. I wanted AC because it looked "pretty" when I was a noob, didn't know how overpriced and performance-lacking it was.

Airplex Evos are condenser-style multi-pass rads with round pipes. Check out Maxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxracer's Watercooling guide for more info on why they suck.

if it makes a difference i will be cooling a e6600, i will try and get a 3.0 overclock for 24/7 use.

You want some advice? Here's what you want for an *ideal* water cooling setup:

Iwaki RD-20 or Swiftech MCP355 w/Alphacool Top
ThermoChill PA120.3 Rad w/3 Fans
Swiftech Storm
Your pick on t-line/res
Tygon or Clearflex/Masterkleer Tubing

If you want to go cheaper, here's what you want:

Swiftech MCP355 with or w/o Alphacool Top
Swiftech MCR-220 w/2 fans
Swiftech Apogee
Your pick on t-line/res
Clearflex/Masterkleer Tubing

And you can go cheaper from there. But if you REALLY want the best performance you can get from water, go for that first setup.

Oh...and if you plan on cooling a GPU also, get a Swiftech MCW-60 w/ramsinks.

where would be the best place to buy the Iwaki RD-20

They're almost impossible to find. eBay usually has a few floating around...or you can order directly from Iwaki. It's more convenient to just get a DDC+ (MCP355), but if you want the absolute best performance you can get, the RD-20 is what you want. But they're expensive, large, and somewhat noisy. At least that's what I've heard...I have no experience with Iwaki. If I had a few hundred bucks, here's what I would do:

Swiftech MCP355 (http://jab-tech.com/Swiftech-MCP-355-12v-DC-Pump-pr-3510.html) w/Alphacool Top (http://jab-tech.com/Laing-DDC-Alphacool-attachment-13904-pr-3515.html)
Thermochill PA120.3 (http://jab-tech.com/Thermochill-PA120.3-pr-3264.html) w/3 Yate Loons (http://jab-tech.com/YATE-LOON-120mm-Case-Fan-D12SL-12-pr-3009.html)
Swiftech Storm (http://jab-tech.com/Swiftech-Storm-Universal-Waterblock-Rev-2-pr-3022.html) (if it were in stock...MP-05 SP LE (http://www.dtekcustoms.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=154) is about the same performance and is cheaper/more available)
Swiftech MCW60 w/ramsinks (http://jab-tech.com/Swiftech-MCW60-VGA-cooler-pr-3252.html)
About 20 feet (in case you make errors/need extra) of Masterkleer 7/16" Tubing (http://jab-tech.com/Masterkleer-Tubing-7-16-ID-5-8-OD-pr-3079.html)
A Danger Den Derlin Fillport (http://jab-tech.com/Dangerden-Fillport-Delrin-pr-3489.html)
and a 1/2" T fitting (http://jab-tech.com/1-2T-Line-for-1-2-ID-Tubing-Clear-pr-3517.html)

That should be a damn good watercooling system. Like I said, to make it perfect, get an Iwaki RD-20 and a Storm G5 (PM Cathar if you're interested in one of those). To save some cash, get a Swiftech Apogee instead of a higher-end block and a Swiftech MCR radiator instead of a ThermoChill PA. Although...the PAs are the absolute best around...in terms of temps, flow, etc. But anyway, that's a basic idea of what you should be looking into.
