Improve some CPU overclocking ability
added "Single Logical Processor Mode" item if used Conroe CPU inside
revise tempearture accuracy for some CPU
Fixed Conroe CPU frequency show incorrectly issue in Bios menu if adjustment downgrade ratio and overclocking it

I personally haven't noticed any positive or negative difference with this BIOS so far.
