hi all i would like to ask what is the best PSU at the moment for my rig ?
i would like to know where can i find them in UK

TTGI or Sparkle 400w+ (don't get below) or a Thermaltake 420w w/active PFC...you should be able to get all 3 of them over in the UK somewhere...
The thing I like about the Tt 420 is you don't have to adjust the pots when you OC pretty high...but at the same time it doesn't have as stable a +5 - +12 rails like the sparkle or TTGI when you do adjust the pots...but it still stays above 5.00 and below 12.30...

It depends on how much you're willing to pay, TTGI makes good psu at a very good price (i've a 420W model in my comp). If you have some money, check the PC power and cooling or the Antec with adjustable rail
Q-Tec 550watt, bout £30 - £40 in UK, goodf as a budget PSU, quite powerful, im using one, mine was £30
