has anyone got this product & have they any issues with it? if so, what kind of issues? is pinnacle a good company/product?

If you don't need super quality then i would consider it .. but if you want any quality capturing then i would suggest getting an internal card. Pinnacle isn't a bad company .. just make sure you do your research before you buy anything.
