First post, greets all.

I recently bought a new HW Labs Black Ice GT Stealth 360. Last night on the first flush with vinegar, the water resulted in something I didn't expect. From reading you should get a milky white result coming out. However when I drained it after 6 hours it came out a light blue almost like windshield washer (winter stuff) with what looks like calcium deposits. No black flakes or chunks or nothing of what I have read on the sticky or other posts. If you look inside the rad under the inlet, there appears to be flaked blue stuck to the inside. This is supposed to be a new radiator but it appears to be corroded before being used. But i'm no expert what do you guys think I should do with this?

2 choices - flush some more, or RMA it. Personally, I'd just flush more.
