differences in scores

What are the differences in Points Generated and Results Returned? Ok sure know what they sound like but are generated points bad returns?

Everytime you complete a work unit (WU) it is 1 result returned - you then get points for each result returned depending on benchmarking etc - is this what you mean?

Not sure but don’t think so.

These are my points.
Points Generated (Rank) 225,905 (#11,594)
Results Returned (Rank) 1,231 (#7,451)

So I show that I have 225,905 points but have returned 1,231 results.

Now there are many people with a lot greater points but I have more results returned then them?

Guess that is where I am lost at.

the majority of WU's you are working on take less time. therefore are granted less credit. more results, less credit per result. it all depends on what project you are currently working on.

As itznfb says it all depends on what your crunching - Cancer (HDC) wu's only take 1-2 hours to crunch, whereas Aids (FAAH) wu's take 4-6 hours - so someone crunching Aids only can easily have the same points as you with maybe half the results that you have returned.

Ahh got it thank you. Yes mostly cruching Cancer so just doing more of those faster.
