Helpin out a friend

i have a hydor pump and dont know which way i should tighen the top blue "screw"- up or dow.

buying this piece of crap was the biggest mistake of my life its too freaking loud. shoulda bough the swiftech.

A friend of mine asks the above question. I have no clue about hydor pumps so I thought you guys could help out.

Srry ya I didnt really get his question either. He is probally talking about the clamps on the barbs. So they dont tighten correct? Just push in?
