Leave the o-ring in or take it out? The first time I screwed down the alphacool top I noticed the o-ring came out when I removed the delphi top, so I placed it back in the pump and now it's difficult to put on the alphacool top. So which is the correct way? With or without the o-ring? I'm using the DDC+/MCP355. Thanks.

The O-ring provides the watertight seal between pump body and plexi top. It's ESSENTIAL. Just pop it back in the groove on the pump, sit the plexi top on, and tighten the screws evenly one turn at a time in a crisscross pattern workin on diagonally opposite corners.
