I'll be venturing into phase for the first time with a Kentsfield build, but I thought it would be wise to practice first on something less dear. So I'm looking at a lga 775 celly d and for suggestions for a cheap mobo I can practice oc'ing the celly on. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Any one used Biostar p4m800-m7a? Tiger has a bundle with 3.2ghz celly d for $117.

Sounds like a helluva price to murder something :P
Grab it and keep us posted..
I was thinking a celery and a ds3 but the ds3 is 150ish alone..
I was thinking overclocking options alone..

I ended up picking up an asus for around 70. Since it is capable of running 200 fsb processors and the celly I think is stock at 133, there should be plenty of headroom.

Hopefully I won't murder it and I can relegate the pair to a 24/7 cruncher when they've served their initial purpose.
