PM tracking isn't working. Click on it and it dumps me back to the "Inbox".:(

Easy fix, PM tracking was turned off for some reason. I saw the option and didnt know what it did so I left it alone.

So.........will you re-enable it? It makes things much easier when I know someone has received a message but opts to ignore it ;)

Looking into it more, its a feature I never used and didnt know that it was still broken. In the general config PM tracking is enabled.

Any ideas Jbell?

Yeah, I tested it. I sent a PM to someone this morning, checked the PM tracking right after, and it showed it sent, with e-mail notification sent, and not viewed yet. So I'm guessing it's working.

Perhaps in the user options somewhere you can turn it on and off?

Ok, made some changes to "troll hunters" so you cannot be denied PM tracking by recipiant settings.

It's not a problem of receipts being denied. I am unable to track, period:confused:

Still being dumped back to the "Inbox". Looks like the forums time is screwed too. Reading an hour early?

Just pointing out that this was a problem I had quite some time ago here. I had bugged Joe until it was fixed. I personally have no clue what the problem was, but he got it straightened out. Id give him a buggers again and see what he can do.
BTW, I am also being dumped back into the Inbox, no message tracking for me either.

Oh man, am I embarassed

If I use the "jump to folder" to access message tracking, I still get dumped back to the inbox. But.......if I click the button for message tracking at the bottom of the PMs page........works a treat. I never even noticed that button:eek:

(I'll just quietly slink away now.....)

Aye same here?!
Which is odd in its own right.
Before, some time ago, JBell had to do something to get it to work the way Luta was saying.
