9N03LA - Where?

While checking voltage on a vdd mod I *crewed up and shorted the chip. Of course, up in smoke she went...........

I haven't been able to cross reference this chip anywhere. I've tried Jameco, Mouser, and Digikey.......

Anyone have any idea where I can find a replacement? Thanks
