A small niggly type issue i get with these boards is that if i adjust the FSB frequency by more than around 15MHz per save in bios then i get no post & have to reset bios

this is for example when restoring an old OC or a high OC that is know to be stable

strangley this isnt an issue when restoring a saved profile

premier dual channel set,

default timings, under speed, defualt volts (1.65v)

so like 2.5-3-3-7 ddr266 to ddr380 max as so far

and you have the intel board and the amd board both do this same thing? It might be that when you restore a profile the FSB:RAM ratio changes automatically, but if you just change fsb the ratio doesn't adjust=> mem out of spec=> no POST ?

No, I havent needed to run ratios since im running low fsb cpus - Northwood 2.8GHz 133MHz fsb and a Athlon XP 2400+ 133mhz FSB

With DDR400 ram

& no post is the symptoms ya

It isnt really too bad, unless you are impateint like me lol
