Right now I have a BIP2 setup to dump the heat load from my X2 and then a PA120.3 to take the load away from my 7600GT's. The only thing is I have the PA120.3 on its side outside the case (http://www.silverstonetek.com/products-tj05.htm) because I'm not sure where to place it and whether or not to dump the BIP2 and just use the PA alone. Right now the BIP2 sits ontop of a radbox on the roof of my case, with two holes to pass the tubing through, and the PA120.3's tubing goes in through two holes above the rear 120mm fan spot from a previous rad install. Now my question is should I use the rad box on the top of the case and mount the PA120.3 up their (is it too much weight for the radbox?) With the BIP2 out, what should I re-plumb the system to? These will be what's left:
MP-05 Pro LE
2 x MCW60's w/ DD barbs
PA120.3
Panworld 40PX
Alphacool Cape Bullseye (non-alu version)

The PA120.3 will be enough for that loop, remove the BIPII and replumb the system. Thats what I would do atleast, when you remove the BIPII, you'll most likely have extra tubing going nowhere.

Yea, I bought another 10' of masterkleer for a situation like this.

put PA120.3 on top radbox via middle fan mounts to even distribute weight...
or at the back also via radbox...

my typical setup would be pump - PA - CPU - GPU1 - GPU2 - Res or TLine - Pump... replumbing required...

with the BIP2 out, I wonder how will I connect the 2 MCW60's without a really harsh bend?

a longer loop of tubing with some coolsleeves to hopefully reduce kinking...

has anyone tried the coolsleeves on 3/4" OD tubing instead of the recommended 5/8"?

They could be mounted but it would be a pain in the @ss. If your tubing kinks in certain bents the u can try out zip ties.
