nevermind that question, but yes it's a great block but if you can for the same price range get the MP-05 with nozzle 3. From what I hear the block should have clearance, though I have heard some stories of caps being in the way...

I am using the NexXos on my DS3, so yes, it should fit... caps got in the way of my LR Cascade :(

This block is very hard to get (if any at all) clearence probs with any m/b.

The bracket over the xp block is almost the same as the intel stock cooler, 2 ways to fit it tho..
The in and outlet have to be side by side, thats how its mounted on my DS4..
